50% Pinot Noir: 50% Merlot. Pinot Noir and Merlot grapes are hand picked at optimum ripeness and fermented separately after whole bunch pressing for this light coloured dry Rose. The blend of grapes gives a fullness and rich creamy texture on the palate.
